This is an application for early hearing of the appeal challenging conviction so also the applicant is seeking intervention in the matter, he being the First Informant/victim of the crime in question.

As the appeal is of the year 2003, the same be fixed for final hearing in the week commencing from 15th July 2019. The application is disposed off accordingly.
