The learned APP on instruction of P.S.I. D. D. Thokal, Mumbra Police Station, states that the police intend to file a report under Section 169 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as far as the Applicants are concerned. We accept the said statement. In view of the statement, at this stage, there is no reason to entertain this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing the First Information Report.
