P.C:- The petition was filed on 7 October 2011 seeking to quash proceedings arising out of CR No. 2012 of 2007. On 7 September 2012, a direction was given to the Registry to check whether the petition pertains to Division Bench or Single Bench. Thereafter, the matter remained pending at the stage of admission. It has not been circulated for the admission since year 2013. Extra copies also not supplied. When called out, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that no instructions are being received from the Petitioners. 2.

It is a decade since the writ petition has been filed. There is no interim order. Various developments may have taken place in the

11. wp3296-11.doc meanwhile. Perhaps that is a reason why no instructions have been given to the Advocate. Even otherwise, at this stage, in these circumstances, an FIR lodged 13 years ago cannot be quashed. Writ petition is disposed of.
