Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant has impugned the order dated 11th November 2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court Room No. 16, Greater Mumbai below Exhibit-65 in Sessions Case No. 577/2018.

A perusal of the impugned order shows that application (Exhibit-65) rejected by the learned Judge is only to the extent of SQ Pathan 1/2

7-REVN-303-2021.doc adjournment, however, the prayer for Forensic Science Laboratory report and CDR record is kept open for consideration during the course of trial. Considering the aforesaid, no infirmity can be found in the impugned order, inasmuch as, no prejudice is caused to the petitioner in refusing the adjournment. The application is accordingly dismissed. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the application and as such all contentions of all parties are kept open.
