This is an application seeking condonation of delay in preferring the First Appeal.

Mr. Hemant Ghadigaonkar appears for Respondent Nos.1 to 4 and waives service of notice on their behalf. As the First Appeal is preferred only on the point of quantum of compensation, notice to Respondent Nos.5 and 6 is dispensed with.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, as the sufficient cause is made out, the delay of in preferring the First Appeal, is condoned.
