After the matter is heard at some length, it is agreed between learned Counsel for the parties that the hearing of the three notices of motion, which are kept together and partly heard by the trial court, should be expedited. Accordingly, this Appeal from Order is disposed of by requesting the City Civil Court at Bombay to dispose of the three notices of motion as expeditiously as possible and preferably latest by 31 January 2020.
