By an order dated 20 March 2015, the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation, allowed the restoration application filed by the Respondent and set aside the ex-parte order passed. 2.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time, states that, in view of the fact that the Petitioners are the heirs of the deceased and waiting for compensation, and with a view to expedite the proceedings, he will be satisfied if the directions are given to the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation to dispose of the proceedings in time bound manner. The request made is fair and reasonable.

The deceased was the son of the Petitioner No.1 for whose death compensation is claimed. He passed away in the year 2010. The award in favour of the Petitioner was passed on 27 March 2014 and as on date the Petitioners are without any relief. 4.
In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed by directing the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation to dispose of the restored application pending before it, within a period of six months from today. Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the cost has not yet been paid by the Respondent. If the cost has not yet been paid, the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation will call upon the Respondent to pay the same within a time bound period.

All parties will cooperate with the earlier disposal of the application.

All contentions of the parties on merits are kept open. 7.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the clarification as above.
