ORDER:

On the request of learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to approach the State Government by making a Representation in terms of clause C-4(b) of the Government Resolution No.GAUKHANI-10/1014/C.NO.500/K, dated 21 May 2015. If such Representation is made within two weeks from today the same will be decided expeditiously as per the procedure set out in the said Government Resolution.
