This writ petition is pending in this Court from 2011. On several occasions it has been listed. Even after notice of this petition was issued on 9-4-2012 indicating that it will be disposed of at the stage of admission, on subsequent dates reply affidavits were filed. For some reason or the other, it was not argued. Even adjournments have been sought by the petitioner's Advocate. It is in these circumstances that when the petitioner and his Advocate are absent, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
