Mr. Shinde, learned Government Pleader has produced the communication dated 19th April, 2017 from the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Security Committee, Nashik stating therein that the compliance of the order passed by this Court on 29th April, 2016 in Writ Petition No. 4071 of 2016 will be made within four weeks. He also submits that since there was some misunderstanding about the implementation of the order, the caste validity certificate could Vishal Parekar 1/2

Keeping in view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned GP on instruction from the Committee, we dispose of this Civil Application by directing the Committee to issue Caste Validity Certificate to the Petitioner within two weeks from today. 4.

In view of the order passed in Civil Application, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
