The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the above Petition as he desires to file a reply to the show-cause notice dated 20.03.2014. After the show-cause notice was issued, the Petitioner filed the Complaint in question and filed the application for interim relief being Exh.U-2 which has been rejected by the Learned Judge of the Labour Court by order dated 27.04.2016 which order has been confirmed in Revision by the Learned Member of the Industrial Court by order dated 07.09.2016. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn. The Petitioner undertakes to file the reply by 25.10..2016. Statement accepted. If the Petitioner does not file the reply by 25.10.2016, then he would not be heard to say that an opportunity to file the reply was not given to him. The Respondent MSRTC would be free to pass an order BGP.
