The Petitioner was selected and was appointed on the post of "Shikshan Sevak" and the appointment order was issued on 11 September 2019. The Petitioner did not join the duties within a period of thirty days as stipulated. Thereafter, representation made by the Petitioner was not accepted. The petition is filed on 30 November 2021, two years after the date of appointment. As of today the Petitioner is age barred. In the light of this position, no relief can be granted in the petition.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
