The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has filed representation on 30th September 2022 with regard to his transfer. Same is not yet considered. Mr.Vishwanath Patil, learned Advocate appears for the Zilla Parishad.

In case the representation of the Petitioner with regard to his transfer is pending with Respondent No.2 Zilla Parishad, then Respondent No.2 shall take decision upon the same on its own merits, preferably within eight weeks.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
