Heard learned counsel for the parties and learned APP for the State.

Through this petition, the Petitioners are praying for quashing the FIR being C.R. No. 605 of 2010 registered with Dharavi Police Station filed against the Petitioners for the offences punishable under sections 324, 323 r/w 34 of the IPC and case No. 968/PW/2011 pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate court at Bandra. 3.

The complainant and accused are the family members in fact brothers and nephews. Parties are present before the Court. They submit that they have resolved their dispute. Respondent No. 2 has filed consent affidavit dated 10.06.2022 inter alia stating the differences with respect to the property amongst the family members

127.wp.6030.21.doc has now been resolved and they will never indulge into such activities. 4.

In view of the above, the Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (c) which reads thus:- " That this Hon'ble Court be further pleased to quash the FIR being C.R. No. 605 of 2010 registered with Dharavi Police Station against the Petitioners for the offences punishable under sections 324, 323 r/w 34 of the IPC and case No. 968/PW/2011 pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate court at Bandra."
