They seek leave to withdraw the amount, deposited by the Revision Applicants (Original Accused) in S.C.C. No. 1785/SS/2015 and S.C.C. No. 1786/ SS/2015 (Rs. Two Lakhs each; in aggregate Rs. Four Lakhs) in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 27th Court, Mulund, as per the Undertaking filed before this Court.

Ms. Kode, learned Counsel for Respondent resisted the application.

In the consideration of the facts of the case, Applicants - Mirani, in Interim Application Nos. 3010/2021 and 3011/2021, are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited as aforestated, subject to Undertaking that in case, the Revision Applicants succeed, they shall bring back the money.
