This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected on merits by this Court ( Coram : Smt. Sadhana S. Jadhav, J. ) vide order dated 8th March, 2017 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 2436 of 2016. 2.

Learned APP, on instructions, states that the trial of the applicant has commenced and that only two witnesses are remained to be examined. Statement accepted.

Having regard to the fact that the trial is at the fag-end, it would not be appropriate to consider this application. Accordingly, the application is rejected. However, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Judge to conclude the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within three months from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
