Heard the learned Advocates for the parties and by consent, the following order is passed :

(i) Hindu Marriage Petition No.A-594 of 2016 filed by the Respondent husband before the Family Court, Nagpur, stands transferred to the Family Court, Bandra.

(ii)The Registrar, Family Court, Nagpur, shall on or before 18th August, 2017 forward papers and proceedings in Hindu Marriage Petition No.A 594 of 2016 to the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai.

(iii)The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai on 23rd August, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain necessary orders/directions in the matter.

mca 290 of 2016 (912).sxw (iv)The learned Judge of the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai, shall endeavour to dispose Hindu Marriage Petition No.A-594 of 2016 within a period of 6 months from 23rd August, 2017.

(v) The parties and/or their Advocates shall not seek any adjournment unless absolutely necessary. The learned Judge too shall not grant any adjournment to the parties unless absolutely necessary.

(vi)All contentions of the parties are kept open. (vii)The above Misc. Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. ) ssp 2/2
