The applicant is served with a notice under Section 41(A)(1) of the Cr. P.C. on 15 September, 2022.

On receipt of the said notice, let the applicant report to the Investigating Officer within a period of seven days from today as the offence invoked is under the provisions of Sections 498, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the IPC. He shall render his co-operation to the Investigating Officer in the process of investigation. 2.

On his presence, the Officer-in-charge shall follow the procedure prescribed under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. and in case if he comes to a conclusion that his custodial interrogation is necessary, he shall record the reasons to that effect. Before effecting his arrest, he shall give 72 hours notice in advance.
