CORAM : RANJIT MORE & SMT.SADHANA JADHAV, JJ.

DATE : 29th AUGUST, 2017.

P. C. :

Ms. Amin, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, does not dispute that revision is maintainable against the order impugned in this petition. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. The petitioner, however, is at liberty to challenge the order impugned in the petition by way of revision.

2.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter, and all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept expressly open. In the event the petitioner files such revision, he is also entitled to take benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963, for the purpose of condonation of delay in filing the same. (SMT.
