This is an application for modification of the condition of attendance as imposed on the applicant by order dated 18 March 2015 in Criminal Application No.1610 of 2013. 2.

The condition is imposed way back in the year 2015. Considering the overall circumstances, the condition of attendance with N.C.B., Chennai on every Monday is hereby modified. The Applicant shall report to the office of the N.C.B., Chennai once in a month on the first Monday between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. Interim Application is disposed of accordingly.
