The applicants were served with the notice under Section 41(A)

(1) of the Cr. P.C., considering that the accusations are levelled under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the IPC. Let all the applicants report to the Investigating Officer within a period of 7 days from today, pursuant to which the Investigating Officer shall interrogate them and if at all he deem it necessary to effect their arrest, he shall record reasons in that regard. On being convinced that the custodial interrogation of the applicants is necessary, he shall give 72 hours notice in advance in writing, in case if he wants to arrest them.
