The above Criminal Application has been filed seeking relief of suspension of the execution of the order passed by the internal committee functioning under the Respondent No.6 and to stay the hearing of the complaint of the Applicant by the internal committee. When the substantive Petition does not survive as it is worked out, the above Criminal Application filed in the said Petition for the relief as aforestated cannot be entertained. However, we make it clear that if the Applicant if aggrieved by the order passed by the internal committee, then the Applicant would be entitled to file substantive proceedings assailing the said order. With the aforesaid observations, the above Criminal Application is disposed of.
