It is informed that the parties have entered into the consent terms, expressing their consensus for obtaining divorce. The copy of the consent terms tendered before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai in Petition No.A-857 of 2016 dated 22/02/2022, is tendered before me and it is marked 'X' for identifcation.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the wake of the said consent terms, the writ petition be permitted M.M.Salgaonkar
2/2 2 WP-11732-19.doc to be withdrawn, subject to the only stipulation that an amount of Rs.65,000/-, which is deposited in this Court, shall be permitted to be withdrawn by the petitioner as it is agreed between the parties and specifcally recorded in clause (8) of the consent terms. The petitioner/husband has agreed to pay Rs.3,30,000/- towards full and fnal settlement of the maintenance claim of the wife.

In the wake of the above, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn and stands disposed off as such. The Registry shall permit the petitioner to withdraw the amount of Rs.65,000/-, which is deposited in this Court alongwith interest accrued, if any.
