1) After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if trial arising out of CR No.271 of 2016 registered with Jaysingpur Police Station, District-Kolhapur does not commence within a period of one year from today.
