By an Order dated 13th September 2019 the Applicant was granted interim relief.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, after lodgment of present crime under Section 366 of Indian Penal Code on 25th June 2019, the Applicant and prosecutrix Ms.Tanvi H. Chauhan have married with each other on 18th September 2021. He tendered across the bar photos of their marriage ceremony and Certificate of Registration of Marriage dated 21st September 2021 issued by Marriage Registrar, Ward-S.P. Stadium, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. The same is taken on record. 1/2

In view thereof, it appears to this Court that, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary and he can be protected by pre-arrest bail. 5.

Interim relief, granted by Order dated 13th September 2019 is hereby confirmed.

Application is accordingly allowed.
