By the impugned order, Family Court No.5, Mumbai directed parties to maintain status quo in respect of possession of suit property till the next date. Next date is 30th October 2023, the order impugned is dated 11th August 2023. The petition is filed on 5th September 2023.

The petition was moved on 15th September 2023 on that date it did not reach. On 13 October 2023, it is not necessary to consider the validity of an order, life of which expires on 30th October 2023.

Hence the writ petition stands dismissed .

The Trial Court shall decide application below Exhibit-7 on its own merits.
