(b) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to restore Second Appeal St. No. 1785 of 2016 to the original file. "

The above Civil Application No. 1454 of 2017 is accordingly disposed off. 2.

The Advocate for the Applicant/Appellant shall serve a copy of the Second Appeal (St) No.1785 of 2016 alongwith a copy of this order on the Respondent by
