Mr. Kiran Varma, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that investigation into the crime are already complete and the chargesheet has been filed on 14 January 2021. 3.

Learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer who is present in the Court, confirms the position that the

In view of this, the interim protection granted by this Court by order dated 9 September 2019 shall stands confirmed and shall operate during the pendency of the trial. The applicant shall cooperate with the Court for early disposal of the case. 5.
