This is an application for fixing the peremptory date of hearing in W.P. No.4364 of 20916. The present application is filed in pursuance of the liberty granted in Criminal Application No.180 of 2018. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, the applicant is a Senior Citizen aged about 65 years.

In view thereof, place the matter on final hearing board on its own turn under the category of 'Senior Citizen'.
