16th March, 2016 PC:- The Learned Counsel Mr. Salunke appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner would be satisfied if the application dated 5-10-2013 made by the Petitioner before the Hon'ble Minister for Revenue which is annexed to the above Petition at Exhibit H, is directed to be disposed of within a particular time frame. The Learned Counsel further states that till the disposal of the said application, the ad-interim which is operating in the above Petition since the year 2013 be directed to continue to operate. In view of the statement made by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, it would be just and proper to direct the Hon'ble Minister for Revenue Government of Maharashtra to dispose of the application dated 5-102013 filed by the Petitioner which is at Exhibit H to the above Petition, latest mmj

wp-10145-13-(910) by 31-5-2016. Ad-interim relief which is operating would continue to operate till 15-6-2016, so as to enable the Petitioner to take appropriate recourse if the order ultimately goes against the Petitioner. Needless to state that the application be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.
