This is an application received from jail for expeditious disposal of Sessions Case No.83 of 2012 pending on the filed of the Addl. Sessions Judge, Palghar.

The report received from the Addl. Sessions Judge, Palghar reveals that the applicant was ordered to be released on bail, however he could not furnish surety. The report further reveals that the case was posted for framing of charge, but it could not be framed in view of the accused who were already released on bail. pps

Considering that the case is of the year 2002, the learned Sessions Judge, is directed to endeavor to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order.
