IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION WRIT PETITION NO. 10089 OF 2012 Sunil Balkrishna Khankari ... Petitioner Vs

1. The State Excise Department & Ors.

... Respondents None for the Petitioner.

CORAM : S.C. DHARMADHIKARI & B.P. COLABAWALLA, JJ.

TUESDAY, 01ST DECEMBER, 2015 P.C. :

1.

The petition is pending in this Court since 2012. On 5th April, 2013, the petitioner's advocate made a statement before this Court that he would like to withdraw his appearance for want of instructions. The matter was adjourned so as to enable the petitioner's advocate to take steps. Subsequently, some other advocate has entered appearance and his name is displayed on the board. However, the name of the earlier advocate also continues to be displayed on the board. Both the advocate and the petitioner are absent. The petition is pending since 2012. It is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution. B.P. COLABAWALLA, J.
