DATED : 10th OCTOBER, 2022 P.C:- Three co-accused in the very same C.R. in which the applicant is apprehending his arrest, were released on bail in the event of their arrest by order dated 29/9/2022. In the wake of the reasons recorded in the said order, the Investigating Officer Mr.Ubale who is present in the Court, state that custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary, but he shall render his co-operation by reporting to him. Hence, the following order :-

O R D E R

(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant - Alex s/o John Nirmal in connection with C.R.No.161/2022 registered with MIDC Police Tilak

2/2 909 ABA 2790-22.doc Station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer. The Applicant should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The applicant shall report to the police station on 17th and 18th October 2022 between 3.00 pm to 5.0 p.m and thereafter as and when called for. The Application is allowed in the aforestated terms. ( SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.) Tilak
