This is an application for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.4 Subhadra who died on 16th June, 2016.

Mr Kadam, learned advocate submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the legal representatives of Respondent No.4. He undertakes to file Vakalatnama on his behalf in Writ Petition within four weeks from today. O R D E R

(a) The delay in present Civil Application is condoned; (b) The abatement is set aside;

(c) The applicants/petitioners are permitted to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.4 in Writ Petition No. 3837 of 2013 within a period of four weeks from today;

(d) If the amendment is carried out within the stipulated time as stated herein-above, the applicants/ petitioners to provide amended copy of the Writ Petition to the other side immediately thereafter; (e) The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
