The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the issue involved in the Petitions is covered by the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court dated 03.05.2011 in Writ Petition No.117 of 2011, (Mandatai Sambhaji Pawar & Anr. vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.). He states that the Division Bench judgment has been affirmed by the Apex Court also. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the Petitions. The Writ Petitions to stand disposed of as withdrawn. (V.L.
