P.C.:- Both these Applications are filed for restoration of CRA No.936 of 2012 and CRA No.120 of 2013, respectively which were dismissed for non-prosecution by Order dated 2nd December, 2019. There is a delay of 1 year and 334 days in filing the present Applications.

Mr. Shaikh, learned Advocate for the Respondent No.1 has no serious objection for condonation of delay and allowing the present Applications.

In view thereof, delay is condoned and both the Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) of respective Applications.

Mr. Shaikh learned Advocate for the Respondent No.1 submitted that, the Respondent No.1 is a senior citizen and aged about 90 years.

In view thereof, list these Revision Applications on final hearing Board from the week commencing from 10th January, 2022 under the caption "for senior citizens".
