By consent of parties, the impugned Order dated 23rd March, 2023 is modified and to read as under:

"The Petitioner husband is directed to pay Rs. 12,000/- per month to son name 'Tanish' towards interim maintenance from the date of the Application i.e. 20th September, 2019, in addition to all the educational expenses of the son to be paid directly by the Petitioner husband to the school where the son is studying and to the tuition teachers, if any. The order to remain in existence till the disposal of the Petition No. A

50% of the arrears of maintenance to be paid on or before 10th November, 2023 directly in the bank account of the Respondent wife. 3.

Clause No. 3 of the impugned order as regards the payment of Rs. 5,000/- towards cost of the proceeding will be remain undisturbed. 4.
