DATE : 29 APRIL, 2024 P.C. :- Mr.G.S.Gorwadkar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent in all the above writ petitions submits that his client is a landlord, filed eviction proceedings on the ground of bona fide requirement against the four tenants. He submits that the

3/3 Trial Court and the Appellate Court have currently held that the need of the landlord was bona fide and hence eviction decree was passed.

Mr.Gorwadkar further submits that as per his knowledge, the parties have settled their disputes and the possession of the suit premises in all the above four matters, has been received by his client.

None appeared for the petitioners when the matter is called out.

All four above writ petitions are dismissed for default. 5.

In sequel, all the pending interim applications/civil applications also stand disposed of.
