This Petition is filed for following reliefs :- (a) This Hon'ble Court may pleased to direct the Senior Inspector of Mumbra Police Station, Thane to record the additional statement of
Alphia, a victim girl and daughter of the Petitioner.
(b) This Hon'ble Court may pleased to direct the Senior Inspector of Mumbra Police Station, Thane to provide legible copy of FIR and also the legible copies of statements of Alphia, victim girl.

On the basis of Applicant' complaint, C.R. No.I-386 of 2016 is registered at Mumbra Police Station, Dist. Thane, on 11th August 2016 for the offence punishable under Section 363 of IPC. It is the case of the Applicant that, her daughter wants to disclose additional facts and, therefore, vide letter dated 9th September 2016, she requested the concerned Investigating Officer to record supplementary statement of her daughter. However, so far, no action is taken and, therefore, the Applicant is before this Court. 4.
Learned A.P.P., on instructions, submits that the supplementary statement of the Applicant's daughter would be
recorded. The statement is accepted. Learned counsel for the Applicant also submits that the Applicant's daughter will cooperate in recording the said supplementary statement. 5.
We, accordingly, direct the Investigating Officer in C.R. No.I386 of 2016, to record supplementary statement of the Applicant's daughter expeditiously and give copy of the First Information Report as well as Supplementary Statement to the Applicant. 6.
