It appears that due to adverse police report the application of the petitioner to release him on parole was rejected. 2.

Being aggrieved, petition was filed by the petitioner at the relevant time on medical ground of his mother requiring immediate medical aid. Petition was pending since in the year 2015. 3.

Learned APP appearing for the respondent/state on instructions of the concerned Officer who is present in the court makes a statement that the petitioner has been released from Jail.
