Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the intervention application has been filed by the original complainant, in CR No.163/2014 registered with MRA Marg Police Station, Mumbai with a view to espouse his cause and to oppose the bail application preferred by the accused person. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application. The application is allowed.
