(d) Award cost of present PIL to Petitioner from Respondents (e) Pass other appropriate order in the interest of justice." 2.

It is submitted that he came across an advertisement published in the newspaper dated 11.10.2014, in which, it was mentioned that 14,000 crores public money have been spent for roads but not a single new road is there for public. It is therefore, submitted that Respondent No.1's Government is in power and they have not taken any action against the culprits. It is, therefore, submitted that matter may be sent to the CBI.

3.

We are afraid that we are not in a position to give such a direction as prayed by the Petitioner on the basis of an advertisement published in the newspaper. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain this PIL. PIL is dismissed.
