Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The challenge in this Petition is to an order dated 3 October 2022 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Baglan, Nashik, whereby the application preferred by the Petitioners to stay the effect and operation of the order passed by the Tahasildar, Baglan under Section 5 of the Mamlatdars Court Act, 1906 came t be rejected. The Mamlatdar was persuaded to allow the application preferred by Respondent Nos.3 to 6 by an order dated 4 July 2022.

A Revision is still awaits adjudication before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Baglan. In the circumstances, it would be expedient that the Revision application itself is finally heard and decided by the Sub-Divisional Officer. 4.

The learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.3 to 6 submits that the SSP 1/2

118 wp 12030 of 2022.doc Respondent Nos.3 to 6 are not averse to expeditious disposal of the Revision application.

The Petition, thus, stands disposed with a direction to the SubDivisional Officer to decide the Revision Application being RTS Application No.62 of 2022 after providing an effective opportunity of hearing to the parties as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the parties. The parties shall appear before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Baglan on 15 May 2023.
