The above Civil Application has been filed seeking expeditious hearing of the above Writ Petition. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that Writ Petition No.3292 of 2010 which is another Petition has already been directed to be placed for final hearing as per the order dated 9th March, 2015 passed in Civil Application No.2708 of 2015. The instant Petition therefore, to be placed for final hearing along with Writ Petition No.3292 of 2010 as and when the said Writ Petition is placed for final hearing.
