The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the parties i.e., petitioner No.1-husband and respondent No.2-wife have decided to settle the matter amicably. He further submits that both the parties have filed a joint consent terms dated 17th January, 2019 in the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai.

The parties along with the learned counsel for respondent No.2- wife signed the joint consent terms. The joint consent terms are taken on record and marked as Exhibit 1.
