The learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri K V Saste states that the matter is under investigation, however, the Petitioners are not co-operating. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further states that after the investigation is complete, an appropriate report would be filed in the concerned Court. In view thereof, it is not necessary to keep the above Writ Petition pending. It would be contingent upon the report that would be filed by the Police that the Petitioners would be at liberty to adopt further course of action. With the directions as afore-stated, the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
