The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that after fling of the present writ petition and during pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner is terminated from the service.

In view of that, the petitioner have to take appropriate proceedings under the provisions of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Condiions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has fled complaints at Exhibit "F' and "G" before the Joint Director, Technical and Higher Education and with the respondent No.2. 3.

In case such complaints are fled, it is for the Authorities to decide the said complaint in accordance with Gaikwad RD 1/2

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
