1] Both these applicants are facing offences under section 115 and 120B of IPC. Learned Senior Counsel and learned Counsel for intervenor and learned Prosecutor all submit that charge sheet is filed before the Sessions Judge on 26th December 2016. Under such circumstances, interim protection as granted earlier is extended upto 10th March 2017. Till then, the learned Senior Counsel prays that applicants be granted liberty to approach Sessions Court for appropriate relief. Liberty as prayed for is granted. Applications are disposed of.
