By this First Appeal, the Appellant Insurance Company is challenging the Judgment and award dated 24/06/2011 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Pune in Claim Petition No. 240/2007 holding that the Respondents/Original Claimants are entitled to sum of Rs. 2,49,000/- with interest @ 8% p.a. from the date of application till realization of the entire amount.

Considering the submission made by the Learned Counsel for the Appellant and the impugned Judgment and award, I am satisfed that the Appellant has made out a case for following order: a.
