Applicant No. 3 in Criminal Application No. 1475 of 2010 seeks a direction to respondent No. 2 to reissue/renew her passport. It is claimed that renewal application has been filed on 28/8/2017.
The advocate Smt. Pai appearing for respondent No. 2 informs that after completing necessary formalities in May, 2019 that proceedings is closed. In October, 2019 the applicant has submitted fresh application seeking new passport. She adds that if that application is properly prosecuted, respondent No. 2 can Talwalkar

It appears that in Criminal Application No. 1475 of 2010 proceedings pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate's Court have been stayed. The applicant claims that after registration of said offence, she has travelled on atleast 3 occasions and returned back to India.
We permit the applicant to move appropriate additional application giving this details within 2 weeks from today. After receipt of the said application, respondent No. 2 shall consider it as per law within next 8 weeks.
